As an Operations Analyst, you’ll translate operational data into structured insights that guide daily decisions and long-term improvements. You’ll steward critical digital systems, monitor reliability, and help strengthen how information flows across teams.

As our digital transformation matures, this role expands beyond reporting. You’ll identify process gaps, define improvement opportunities, and contribute structured business requirements that support the development of internal systems.

What You’ll Work On

• Extract and analyse operational data to support management decisions
• Build and maintain dashboards covering service performance, resource efficiency, inventory, and ESG metrics
• Use Excel, SQL, and reporting tools to surface trends and summarise findings clearly
• Monitor uptime of internal platforms and coordinate issue resolution with vendors or IT teams
• Document process gaps and translate improvement ideas into structured requirements for internal system enhancements
• Maintain organised reporting documentation and strengthen data governance practices

Over time, you’ll grow from structured reporting into broader process improvement, systems optimisation, and business-stakeholder responsibilities.
